Your grammar is fine I'm not 18 (34) but my daughter is almost 18 and I'm pretty sure she's going to need to have this surgery too. I hope your doing well with it. It doesn't matter how old you are everyone deserves to be happy and healthy! Good luck to you!

I think your suppose to exercise, you should. I however did not (which I don't condone) I wasn't eating enough and didn't feel comfortable exerting energy I didn't feel like I had. I just started to do some physical activities a couple weeks ago. All my weight loss was from what I put in my mouth. I've lost almost 100 lbs. compared to others I'm on track. It didn't hinder me. Do what your surgeon says. I followed all the other "rules". -

Mine took about 1 week. It was worse when I got home so they upped my pain med. -

@@Woodland4807 Part of your problem is your not eating, your body is in starvation mode it's extremely hard to lose in starvation mode. Everything is slowed down Your metabolism has probably all but stopped. Once you start eating it will adjust.

Write them a list. That's what I had to do. Do they want physical proof? I just had to write down everything I had tried.

Odd thing is the stretch marks show up more now....well I guess it not too odd the skin is deflated it just never crossed my mind that that would happen. -
Well you could write her out a list of ALL the more pressing issues going on in the world and hand it to her. That should give her something else to worry about other than you. I've heard If you put visine in someone's drink it will make them have explosive diarrhea!! But it may also kill them so you just never mind that
