@@khaled No, it won't increase any leaks. I don't know anyone who got all the protein needs in the first few days, it usually takes some time. Have you tried the premier protein ready made shakes or the Atkins?

Well welcome to the healing stage! Everyone is different but you should start to feel better soon, if not we would be a HUGE group of miserable people! I hurt for sure but I didn't have any spasms or anything like that. If you think it's getting worse call your surgeon. @@brandeett I know it sucks but It won't last forever.

I am 9 months post op and still have that issue from time to time, it's normal. It may go away eventually.

Is it sugar free? If so I'm sure your fine, your bowles may explode from all the fake sugar but so be it. It its all regular Popsicles and jello then I'd switch to something with less sugar.

Worst case would be doing it over and if you do just keep positive and know it's worth it. It stinks I know but hopefully they will get it together and be done! Good luck!

@@LAG4ahealthierme That stinks. My mom and I rarely see each other because every time we would see each other it was to met at a restaurant and eat. She doesn't even ask me anymore. She will still offer me junk food when I do visit and say "oh one bite won't hurt you" sure, you said that 34 years....sorry, but your dead wrong.
