  1. You survived!! The amount of testing they put some of you through is criminal!!
  2. If people do want to help out these pantries with healthier versions of food the USPS does a food drive every year! My husbands favorite day of the year!! (Ha! Carrying all that extra weight on his route) anyway they get a TON of food, literally. The food you put out can make a big difference and it's easy, they give you a bag. Mark your calendar each year and (if you can) give vegetables, healthy soups ect.....be mindful of what you give. It's a simple easy deed that can make a huge difference and you only have to go as far as your mailbox!!! It's the little thing!
  3. And this is why we grow a massive garden and donate fruits and vegetables every year.
  4. @@beingfree Yay congratulations! Take it one day at a time....really.
  5. @@Bndtoslv There are people who carb cycle to lose weight. I don't know how it all works exactly so you'd have to research it a bit.
  6. @@ylluz Lol! Good luck with that! I lost it everywhere....and I mean everywhere!! Squats time!!!

    Carb questions

    You're welcome!
  8. @@caligul I've gotten to where I ask for a to-go box with my food. When the food comes I figure out what I can eat and put the rest in the box to take home, by doing that they see the box and figure I'm done so they don't bother me about it. Or say something like "I'm really not even hungry I already ate". Something to that effect.
  9. @@The Pool Queen Sounds like your right on track! The unpleasant weeks of healing but it does get better! Will your surgeon prescribe you something for the acid? Maybe you should ask. I've been on one since the beginning and still take one daily just for good measure. "Smooth move" tea is a good natural alternative to Meds. You can but it at most walmart's and health food stores, just drink a cup before bed and it should kick in by morning. It hasn't failed me yet and doesn't cause an cramping (for me). Hang in there everyday that passes gets better!

    Carb questions

@@brandeett Oh course you can. I limit my carbs, some don't and do just fine. I usually go 30 or less a day, mainly because of all the protein. I ate a thin crunchy taco last week. It's one of my families favorites. I can eat anything I was able to eat pre surgery, the only difference for me is the amount and I do track all my food. Because of the fact I can eat whatever I want I have to pay close attention and keep everything in check. Everyone's different though.
  14. @@VSGAnn2014 See and I did that yesterday at the very beginning of this and nothing was done, so it just escalated. I didn't ask to ban anyone because it wasn't THAT bad. I was just hoping it would be deleted so everyone could get over it and move on but nope. Nothing! So we get to enjoy the show again today.....called that yesterday too. Dang I'm smart! Maybe even a bit psychic! Your turn chunks.....

  18. @@chunkyloverlovesyou That's not my problem sweetheart. Don't take your self hatred rants out on me! Just think of all this time your wasting on me that could be used toning all that up. Be the best chunky butt lover you can be!!!❤️❤️❤️
  19. @@chunkyloverlovesyou I see why your so bitter. I feel for you Chunky I really do. And really "suck my ba**". Isn't that a little on the trashy side for a lady to say? Gross.

    @@VSGAnn2014 It's ok!
  22. @@Miss Mac Exactly! She had already said some foul words to @@VSGAnn2014 then even before I left that last reply she went around on people status updates and "tried" to insult me there too. I don't know how that's allowed. That's a question for @@Alex Brecher .
