I've been trying to drink more water. I drank 96 ozs today! Thats the most I've had in one day since surgery. It's all because I've fallin in love with this Berry water!! Regular water is to hard for me to drink. This is easy!

I want one!!!! I would have the best profile ever!!! I'd probably be 130 and a "undercover millionaire" that hikes through the jungles of Africa (in case I hate the guy I can be gone without being contacted) what else would I do since I'm done working for the CIA? Man, my husband is a profile kill though!

@@Alex Brecher I know and then I went and changed it! I was never given a goal weight. I was just going for a healthy BMI and now I got a bit cocky! Lol!

Depends on what your pre-op diets is. The whole point is to shrink your liver. Even if you eat soups if they are full of fat and calories it will be pointless. What are you allowed? -

My husband is AA and he suffers with dry skin also, not as bad as mine but he's loving this stuff too. And no girly smells. Ha!

@@BLERDgirl I will try that. Before I found this I was doing a honey/coconut/olive oil scrub. It only worked for a couple hours then right back to flakesville.

Oh and that was a lie I have more than one skin issue. My face breaks out with a couple pimples like a teenage girl when aunt "flo" comes to visit.....every freaking time!

@@Margie122 No, I've never looked for anything like that. I don't need it just yet. My only problem has been super dry,itchy , flaky skin on my face which is bad enough! It's taken me years to find this!
