@@aball Common side effect of the nausea patch or if you're taking lortab elixir for pain control. If you touch the patch and then your eyes your pupils will more thank likely be dilated (large).

Yes, I buy it at Walmart and it never make me sick, even on a empty stomach. Some vitamins make me deathly ill.

I would just talk to your surgeon. If your just sitting barring you have no complications I don't see why you can't go back after a week.

I would talk it over with your surgeon. I don't know what kind of job you do but if it's not terribly physical I would tell the surgeon your situation. Two weeks is probably just his/her protocol for everyone. If you have a sit down type of job he may let you go back after a week.

Never!! My microbiology professor called hot tubs "poop stew" every since then I haven't been able to get in one. I would wait until you're completely healed first. There are micro organisms living in that water! -

Humm I don't know I've lost 110 lbs and I don't think my hands are wrinkled. Maybe it has to do with age? I don't know your age but I'm 34. My hands actually look big in this picture but I wear a size 5 1/2 ring now, was a 9!

Well ok! You feel better now?! It's ok to get "sick of it" but it's a way of life now. It gets better as time goes on. Don't stress yourself out over it. Track your food and do the best you can. You won't hit goals every day. Stop being so hard on yourself! -
I LOVE creamed honey!! I bought some organic creamed honey while I was in Colorado and yesterday I remembered it! I wanted something sweet so I dipped my little spoon in and had maybe 1/2 teaspoon. It did the trick as far as fixing my sweet tooth. I'm still alive and I'm not apologizing for it!!!!
