  8. @@Amberina well you go girl! That's a lot of work. Don't wear yourself down too much.I've still gotta make it through tomorrow. We shall see. Today is lazy day so there's not been much of distraction but tomorrow is back to work.
  9. FYI: I'm also doing this so I can get to goal and get a TT, breast lift and Implants. Let's just be real, these things are necessary in my life! They aren't going to magically fix themselves. I'm scared of the TT but it must be done! Is that TMI?! Oh well your all going to hear about it later anyway!

  13. My husband has been asking me what I want to do on my birthday which is still 10 days away. Last year I was fresh from surgery so I had liquids. This year I think I'm going to play it safe and have a nice seafood dinner, no cake, no ice cream so I need to figure out a healthy type desert?!

    serious question for fellow "veterans"

I just love everybody! (That's a lie, most everybody) it cracks me up when I go back and read some of my earliest post. Hair loss questions, freaking out over what to eat, what to buy for post-op, packing for the hospital...ect. And I got plenty of wonderful advice from the "vets". Now one year later I see just how many times these exact same questions pop up almost daily and I think "My lord, They took the time to answer my questions and I KNOW they have answered them more times than any one person should. I appreciate that even more now. So big fat thank you!!! You guys are awesome and not only do I personally want you around I still NEED you! You are appreciated, you are loved! I'm not even going to break into the "The help" lines, but just know I'm thinking them and I will leave this here......

@@FocusOnMeNow You're doing incredible well! You should be so proud!
  22. I am already planning low carb high protein meals for when this is over! Here's the first one I'm going to try.
  23. @@_Kate_ Thank you! I am pretty proud of myself. It's not often I feel completely satisfied with myself but doing this surgery (on of the few things I did that was truly just for myself) was/is one of my greatest accomplishments. I feel like I'm living a new life.
  24. @@Margie122 That was my problem too. Well, it wasn't a problem yet but it was working its way into one. I feel too good being smaller and I dont ever want to go back to the big me. I will do whatever it takes to stay at a "normal" healthy weight and if that means I have to reteach myself how to stay on track then so be it!
