  1. Broiled Shrimp Parmesan Ingredients: 1 pound of raw shrimp (I get medium to large size) 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup butter 3 tbs mayonnaise 2 tbs fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic power 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon celery salt I peel my shrimp and put them on a foil lined pan. Melt butter and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Take a spoonful of mixture and put it on top of each shrimp. Turn oven on broil , once heated cook on top rack for 4-5 mins. That's it!! We eat them all the time and make them as appetizers. This same mixture is also fabulous on fish! Here's my last batch... Now, did I WIN??! Ha!
  2. Mines the same! I think my husband as a bit worried when I decided to go through with surgery. He's already 22 years older than me and now I was going to lose weight. I never worried about it. I'm the same chick he married. It's almost like it never happend. I personally don't think it changes unless you wanted it to.

@@Lacowgirl72 Congratulations! Jealous! Could they not do them all? That seems like hell to have to go back in two week for more surgeries! I'm sure it will be totally worth it though!
  8. @@betterme38 Congratulations on starting the process and meeting "The Man"!! My first visit was just simply meeting him, going over questions (history ect...) and him telling me that sleeve would be my best option. That's it!
  9. @@SaraSleeves You will! Don't be scared just be mindful!
  10. @@miller1109 Sorry I don't know if you're male or female since it doesn't say? I am assuming female? Correct me if I'm wrong.
  11. @@Stevehud Technically depending on whether Miller is a male/female (no information given on gender) If Miller is in fact a female she is still within normal limits. The very tip of normal range but still normal so she's not dangerously thin. Courtesy of the CDC.
  12. @@Babbs Oh it can happen so easily! I could literally eat an entire bag of Cheetos In a day if I wanted. They dissolve and don't take up mush room in the stomach. I wouldn't but I could. I still have massive restriction which as really helped me. Regular foods like chicken, crabs meat, steak ect...fill me up fast with a small amount. It's the junk food that goes down so easily. I have to stay away from things like that!

@@katladee Sounds fun! I don't know when I will make it back but someday. I like pickled beet eggs, I like "sweet Bologna" and it cracks me when the waitress ask me if I as applesauce with every stinking thing I order! "Its Pennsylvania Dutch".
  15. I am however motivated to exercise when I'm standing in front of a full length mirror naked. Maybe I should invest in one of those??! I'm still kind of fond of my soul though, so probably not.
  16. @@dlappjr Thank you and yes I'm the "exercise failure" I'm not perfect by any means. I do like to exercise (using "like" loosely here) once I get going but it's never been anything I have stuck with. Maybe someday it will just hit me!! Wishful thinking!

@@dhrguru I really have nothing to say to this but that he's a man, and men say stupid things....My husband does too. I've learned to put his a** in time out. It's much quieter in the house that way Just mentally hit the ignore button and keep it movin.
