@@mishelcrz88 mushy to me is a little bit difficult because I couldn't have chicken, steak, really any meat but ground turkey, crab, and tuna..mainly. It's hard to eat super healthy when your still so limited at that point. I myself made egg salad, crab cakes, turkey meat balls, refried beans, and ricotta cheese back (that was my favorite) I'm not so sure ricotta bake is "healthy"'But when you can only eat a few bits I would find it hard to put any weight on...which of course I haven't. You are mainly just learning to eat again and learning your new stomach. I still rely on my shakes to get my nutrients in, there's no way I could sustain on food alone. Oh and I made tuna salad but once I blended it it made me want to puke lol!

I've always heard people usually regret not going bigger (including my own friends) I have big boobs right now and I'm sad to probably lose them Sooooo when this is all said and done I will get my big ones back! Of course that's a personal decision and I can "handle"'them ...what does Your surgeon suggest?

Feel good, look good, and have more energy.

I'm not aware of anything you can do non surgically to fix that BUT don't waste your money on creams! Set that money aside for your procedure if that's what you decide on

Well I'm glad everything seems to be progressing nicely for you. You should be allowed to take some miralax for the BM issue. I took it day 4 and haven't had to take anything since. Good luck to you!

I do! I was worried I wouldn't since I can eat much but I do! I'm more creative now and I only use the best foods I can find!

Congratulations on making the "right" decision for yourself! That pretty neat that they gave you pictures! I wish I had pictures :/

@@ridingrae I guess I would be considered "healthy" for an overweight person...I didn't have any health issues before surgery either. There are some sad stories but there's also a ton of success stories. Nobody will be able to tell you how your surgery will go. We all kinda just take that chance . It just depends on how bad you want it!

@@laurenella82 I've noticed that a lot too...there should be some kind of clothes exchange link or to sale, buy, trade whatever! There's so many Of us switching sizes all the time. There may already be one I'm not too good at finding my way around this site yet.
