Well after today I'm never drinking it again! I will share it when the in-laws come to visit Ha!

@ I put it in boiling water and left it in the whole time I was drinking it so maybe 10-15 mins and just the one bag. I took a Woman's so called "Gentle" laxative pill once and it was horrible! It made me sick and cramp something fierce! That's why I thought tea would be all nice and therapeutic like my chai tea.....I put up a big prayer that it doesn't happen again today : ( Maybe I should just go sleep in the bathtub?!
