@@AhnaLucille Yes I did the three months supervised "diet". The surgeons office set them up for me. I could have also went to my Primary physician instead for weigh-ins but I chose to go with the actual nutritionist. Good luck to you!

Sorry! I know that's must really stink! I pretend Like I'm all set in case it starts happening to me, but I know when it/If it does I'm going to cry! Yes cry because I know how much that will help (not)! I will cry and then I shall get some extensions because I know I don't look good bald (my mom still has the picture where I gave myself a "hair cut "when I was 3 and trust me it's aint cute) The only good thing about the whole situation is at least it will grow back, and no matter how much I try to fool myself there really is no magic in these locks! Congratulations. I don't know if it's necessary to go to a walk-in for that unless you just REALLY need to know right now...remember it's cold/flu season and guess where all the sick people like to go! I would stay away from the "sick station" if at all possible!

I think most people do that, it's fear of the unknown. Try not to stress and have confidence in yourself that your making the right decision.

My first day of regular food just happened to be on thanksgiving day. I had 2 bites of turkey, a Bite of green bean Casserole, and a bite of coconut pie minus the crust...thrilling huh?! I did fine with it all, actually I haven't had any issues with anything so I don't know what you should avoid, it's kind of trial and error really. Good luck!
