Don't let holidays potentially screw up for wls plans. It's not worth it. Remind yourself of that fact when your Faced with junk! I don't know what will happen but the insurance company isn't going to let the holidays be an excuse of why you aren't doing what they require. Stay strong! Good luck.

Water is just hard in general. There really is no trick that I'm aware of you just have to keep at it, set a timer to remind you ect...I drank coconut water, It's a super hydrator and it went down really easily.@@socalsweetheart87

How did your weight loss affect your marriage/relationship?
Elode replied to majorsmama's topic in The Gals' Room
My hubs has been supportive from the go and I don't foresee that changing..communication is always key in our relationship...sometimes I think one of us should just shut up! He's my BFF ha! -

@@fab_not_fat Yep! You need to call your physician and let them know. It could be a multitude Of things. It sounds like a circulatory issue but could be a deficiency in potassium or magnesium, Dehydration, or something more serious. You need to let the DR know They may want you to get checked out. Don't wait around on these kinds of things. Keep us updated.

@@Avhick Congratulations of your surgery date! I think it's natural for parents to worry but how many overweight/obese 80 yr olds do you see walking around? You may want to point that out. If it were so easy to eat less, exercise, ect...we would all be thin And trim! The sleeve can help you get there but you will also have to change your eating and move your body...you may want to pass that along too. You do what's best for you. That's one of the best parts about being a grown up, you make the decisions for you now! The rest will follow along. Good luck!!!

Any one with previous or anticipated ex revenge?! With weight loss not with words :)
Elode replied to smpgastric's topic in The Gals' Room
Good use that as your incentive to work harder to lose weight after surgery but don't think about getting back together with him even if he begs!! Remember his shitty reason for leaving. Are you sure a coffee shop is a good place for that? I would be so tempted to dump Hot coffee on his crotch ; / -
Prop your belly with a pillow under it. You could also put a pillow behind your back to help you stay over, also one between your legs. That's what I did.

I use natures best multivitamin with minerals. They are chewable , pineapple flavor and powerful. I order them from vitacost.
