The problem with carbs for most people is that we over eat them. Carbs in moderation are ok. But how many of us who are overweight eat in serving sizes? I know I didn't so if you can't control your portions to the correct serving size some carbs (bad) will cause you to pack on the pounds. In my case it's just best to avoid the bad carbs all together And find alternatives.

@@skinnybitchgoals That seems fine, if your allowed meat and this is your first time trying it then just take it slow. I eat all that minus the meat and seasoning.
