I just learned how to add, people where always adding me and I finally figured it out on my iPad you go to their profile and it says add friend And you push that. I wrote down everything when I was going through the process too. -

I'm sure your not the only one the holidays get a lot of people. As far as myself I'm only 2 months out so I have 0 hunger and didn't eat much at all so not a big deal for me. Sounds like your doing a great job so just pick up and move on! Bye-Gones!@@mcginn0425 good luck to you!

My favorite was a ricotta cheese bake, ricotta cheese mixed with an egg, and Italian seasoning, mix and put a thin layer of marinara sauce on top. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on how much ricotta cheese you use, I think I used a 12oz container. At my Walmart it's with the sour cream section ect.... It taste like lasagna minus the noodles. Delicious and no need for blending it's already soft!@@katmaar

@@baggyg0707 You may also want to get a Protein shake with a higher protein count. If you can get in two shakes the premier protein drinks from Walmart have 30 grams per shake so you would be sitting at 60 grams for the day instead of 20. You are probably A little dehydrated. I know it's hard but keep focusing on the water! Good luck! -
Yep , Ask your surgeon for a anti-acid prescription or over the counter. You can have acid burning your new stomach even when you aren't feeling it. Lucky for me my surgeon orders them routine especially for the healing stage. @@jbsmooth

@@Jlkhollins I know in my case in order to submit to insurance they had to give them a surgery date, the surgery date they had was not my actual surgery day. I was approved with that date and then made a real date with my surgeon after.
