Which isopure? The clear liquid bottles or powder mix? I had the clear bottles the first days following surgery. I only cared for the apple-melon and alpine punch (super cold) I won't say they taste great but they served the purpose. I have muscle milk samples but never used them. I'm a premier protein junkie and I intent on staying that way for now ; )-@@Stephie76

@@tfarr You just tell them whatever you feel comfortable with, you can't worry about what people will say or think. Grown people are going to say and do as they please and really who cares?! You made a life choice for yourself not your co-workers. You have the prerogative to tell what you wish. -

@@Elizabeth21 Hi, the only ones I've found that don't make me deathly ill are the "natures plus" pineapple flavored Adults chewable multi-vitamin and mineral. I order the 180 count bottle off of the vitacost website. -

@@time for june You're welcome, I'm a little over 8 weeks and everything is good! I have no appetite at all so I have to remind myself to eat, my surgeon wants me to up my calories from 700 to 1100. Not sure how that will happen but I'm working on it. It a odd feeling to be told to eat more that's for sure -

I finally figured it out after being friended by a bunch of people, you have to click on their name like my picture to the left, then it will take you to their profile and it should say "add friend" click that. I'm not sure what it really means when you add friends but I do it now....maybe someone can tell Me what that actually does to have them in your friends list? -

I can not believe I'm recommending this since I was initially freaked out by it but the smooth move tea is a winner! I drink it and I've never been constipated! I may be becoming at little addicted to it though
