@@Essence46 I want to try to eat more because I want to keep losing. 1100 seem to be the number .I'm not going to stress I'm just going to do the Best I can at this point.

@@MyKidsMom89 I understand what your saying, I'm not hungry and the thought of eating more scares me a little too, it just seems backwards. It's really time consuming because I wait the 30 before and after I eat to drink, and in return getting my water in is a all day process. I just tell myself this will get easier when my sleeve relaxes a bit. We just had crab legs for dinner.I could only eat 2 stinking legs, not whole claws just legs. I also had half a seafood stuffed Mushroom. All together it's only 150 calories. There's something about crab legs that hurts my belly, I don't understand that because a quest bar is much more dense but it doesn't bother me at all.That's not enough for dinner so I will be drinking another shake...thank jesus they have shakes!

If your body will play along you can do anything!

Your a brave lady! I've never had plain buttermilk but my hubs likes it. I have to pour mine over hot cornbread!

@@mhorton4 Well you just do! It a right of passage! lol! Plus you need some of that time to research and learn all you can about the surgery and life after! Patients is highly required through this process! Good luck it will be over before you know it!

@@laurenella82 Make sure you drink it nice and cold! It's better cold (to me anyway)

I didn't care for the vanilla or strawberry so much either!

@@hdd55146 We found ours at our local super Walmart in the broth isle.

@@hdd55146 Can you just drink plain water? You don't have to add All the fake sugar. Or I drank coconut water..do you like coconut water? Pure coconut water isn't that sweet and it a super hydrator. You can usually find The "one" brand at Walmart or almost any health food store carries it. I can't help you with advancing ahead of time...I did what they asked. I know it gets old! Have you Tried the Swanson starter broths? They have savory flavors like Thai ginger, hot n sour, Mexican Tortilla, ect...all broth. I even had egg drop soup that I strained from our local Chinese restaurant. Maybe try some of these thing and hold off just two more days! You can do it!!

@@VGB Oh and for directly after surgery I used the ready-made isopure (not delicious in my opinion but with 40 grams protein per bottle it served its purpose)

Already made Premier Protein in chocolate...love them (I should get some kind of compensation because it's all I seem to recommend)! There are A ton more and I have no doubt you will get some wonderful recommendations this is just my hands down fav and it's hard to beat the 30 grams of protein per shake! I get my larger cases (12) At SAMs regular Walmart also carries the 4-packs
