@@NewBeginning2015 Hold a pillow tight across your stomach! Same thing I use to teach my new C-sections at the hospital. That works for coughing ect.. -
@@tart If you can find isopure (ready made) it has 40 grams of protein per bottle.

@@Aribay1 Well if you don't follow any kind of "diet"'what kind of foods are you wanting? Sounds like you can just Eat whatever you want so you have the option of just googling recipes.

@ You make the decision that you can live with. I originally thought I was having RNY and my surgeon said sleeve, he said it's just as good as the RNY without the malnutrition I would have to live with and less complications. So see Surgeons all think different so you make your own choice. -

@@ly8325 Hello and welcome! It depends on your post-op diet but I drank the premier protein ready made shakes from SAMs (you can find them at Walmart and other places too) coconut water and isopure ready made drinks at only two days out.
