Pre op is not easy. I did 14 days of all liquid. I didn't cheat, not even once but it took a huge amount of willpower! You only have a couple days so your pre-op is essentially over. For anyone else about to go through this just remember why your doing it, set goals, Stay motivated and take a pic in your underwear to look at when you feel like you want to cheat! I'm serious it works!

I'm a rule follower...because not losing any weight at check-ins is frowned upon in my surgeons establishment! Ha! I'm sure I will loosen up as time goes by!

I didn't have any before but I do now ( well as of last time I checked/missed a dose of med) I may not have it now (3 months out) but I'm afraid to not take it since I woke up and choked on acid ( very unpleasant experience) I may try to not take it at 6 months but as of now every morning!!

I had my morphine pump for two days in the hospItal and then liquid lortab and eventually oxycodone because I was in quit a Bit of pain so they had to up the meds. All was well. No addiction but the oxy sure did take away all the pain!!

Like Nike says "just do it"!! Ha! No I can't really tell you what to do all I can tell you is its the best decision I ever made!

Now I kinda wish I had more before pictures of my actual body! I know my parents will have some, next time I'm visiting I will have to make a full body!

@@proudgrammy So I tried the raspberry white chocolate you suggested and loved it!!! I also tried the lemon (yuck) s'mores (it's ok but has a cinnamon taste to me and I don't care for cinnamon in food) So favorites are chocolate cookie dough, cookie N cream, and now raspberry white chocolate! @@Alex Brecher I do and don't get why people are getting their panties all in a bunch? You would have to be a complete uneducated moron to believe anything these people have to say about ANY kind of weight loss! They run a Completely unhealthy,torturous "camp" To show how to lose weight? It's ridiculous and unrealistic results. Look at the people who come out of there! All to sell their cheap Crappy products. I wouldn't spend one dime on any thing that say "biggest loser" on it...not even my carrots. Really carrots! They put there logo on carrots?! It's pathetic, and just knowing how WRONG and unsafe that whole program is should give people a clue to not take ANY of there "weight loss" information to heart..especially anything pertaining to surgical weigh loss. Find a different show to watch people! You can kill your brain cells in a much more entertaining way I can assure you!
