  1. @@heynowkc I just added extra iron to my regimen yesterday
  2. @@Queenfreak Wow first month! I have a cute hair cut picked out but I'm going to see how bad it gets And use some extensions first. Only because my hair is the longest it's been in 20 years....so naturally it would fall out ;(
  3. @@Bonawanabfree I've heard that before but I've had 3 c-sections and never lost any hair...unless they are using so other drug? I'm not so sure about that though people get put to sleep everyday in surgery and don't lose hair.
  4. @@Praiseiii Sorry it can be scary but not so much if you prepare for it. That's the only reason why I didn't freak out. I already knew even before surgery that it could happen.
  5. @@MichiganChic Do you remember what your calorie intake was at that time? And protein?
  6. I hope so too. I keep my nails short so I probably wouldn't notice that.
  7. @@sunflowerchild Ok good to hear. I wish I had thick hair to start with but I don't. It's not Horrible yet but I put a Head wrap on before I cook. It freaks me out to think a hair might fall in the food! Gross! That's instant vomit for me if I get a hair in my mouth!
  8. @@cdenney123 Sounds like me!
  9. @@MichiganChic Oh my goodness! 8 months! I don't have that much hair to begin with. I may have to cancel the extensions and buy a wig!
  10. @@samuelsmom I do the organic coconut oil treatments usually twice a week over night. I also use no sulfate products but it's still happening it didn't start until just this week and I'm almost 4 months now....keep your fingers crossed!!!@@MichiganChic

  12. @@WL WARRIOR I'm not sure what actually causes it. I'm almost 4 months out and I've been getting 90+ grams of protein in since week 2. I eat 800 calories a day, never miss a vitamin including biotin since even before surgery, I drink at least 64 oz of water a day....I don't know what else I could have done?
  13. @@jenn1 Is it a lot or just a little at a time? I haven't had any clumps yet just multi stands.
  14. @@sunflowerchild So did it start out a little and get worse or all pretty much the same?
  15. @@Thinkingthinner1109 That's awesome! I was really hoping it wouldn't but unfortunately it has....
  16. Eat a chocolate cookie dough or cookie n cream quest bar!! Boom! Craving over!
  17. You can still buy some and freeze them (if you have willpower to have them in your home) you can use them sparingly as a treat. I stopped using food as a treat though. I buy clothes, makeup ect... Anything not edible. That's just me though. If you don't think you will have the willpower to not eat a bunch then don't buy them. It's not worth it or buys some to give as gifts if you just want to help support.
  18. PS it sucks and it not fair!! Ok I'm done now ;(
  19. I've finally started to shed a little these last couple days. I've taken biotin since before the beginning,I drink 80+ oz of water a day and get at least 90+ grams of protein a day since week 2 post-op, and have never missed my vitamins. It's just happens I guess. I have a cute hair cut picked out in case it gets bad OR I may purchase some 260 gram hair extensions....I guess we just have to deal with it.

    Funny story for today

Awe it was a nice thought. Now throw it away! Or donate it to a skinny friend! Ha!!

    Liquid diet

I could only have shakes, broth, sugar free jello, and sf popsicles. It wasn't bad I made it work by drinking lots of water and making sure not to go to long without a shake. It's 99% willpower and mind control!
