The decision wasn't hard at all it was all the waiting for the surgery day that stinks! -
I did refried beans with soft toppings, ricotta bake and crab cakes (made w/o breading) take it slooooooow!

I gain some because I wasn't suppose to go under the BMI I needed. If it's not going to keep you from being approved let it go and work harder. -

Burping is normal (4 months out and still do it daily) fluids are hard in the beginning. Keep at it it will get better as time passes. -

Man, I still do (4 months post-op) it's not very lady like but it sure makes me feel better! I also have a burp-hickup mix that lets me know I'm full I like that because it's a sign to stop! -

@@Soready2lose I usually have to take mine with food ....especially folic acid and Iron. They Can make me feel deathly ill. I had to experiment around until I found some I could handle. I usually take the folic acid and iron before bed now. -

@@IvyLeagueNP I watched some YouTube videos with those. I was so confused by the time I got done seeing all the brands! I almost went with Bellami but then I Read a bunch of bad reviews, plus they were 300+ bucks for the thick ones.

@@khiragibson I'm sorry I didn't/don't have that issue because I don't have hunger anymore. I know I just got sick of the liquids and slow moving process of the post op but I just did what I was told to do. What is your diet right now? I can tell you what I was eating at that stage if you tell Me what your allowed.
