    Panic!

@@donald0717 It's good to get all the info you can but I wouldn't let it discourage you if this is something you feel will help you to be a more healthy you. I don't know who the person was with the issues or their medical history but things like that can happen, I think it's pretty rare but anything is possible with any surgery. I'm assuming this person is fine since they were able to post? The Good news for you is there are 1000's of people who make it through surgery just fine and are living happy, healthy lives
  2. It's probably just fluid shifting. If your following the plan you will be fine. I would just stay off the scale for awhile or your going to drive yourself nuts. You just had surgery give your body time to adjust and catch up. Try not to weigh for the next two weeks and just concentrate on your fluid intake and recovery. Good luck!
  3. If your following the plan as you say don't worry about it, it's working.
  4. I know I personally spend more than that on my vitamin regimen a month so I don't mind paying a co-pay I just wonder how good the actual vitamins are. And I've never used a nose spray for my vit B-12.
  5. @@fit4life123 That's good to hear! Not the insurance part but that other people have been told about it. They did say co pay will depend on what insurance you have.
  6. You're welcome. I'd never heard of it either.
  7. You're welcome! Let me know what they think.
  8. @@nikki1980 Why do they not allow vitamins? I've never heard of that.

    Hair loss

Yes it happens...a lot there's really not a whole lot you can do. My surgeon said take my vitamins and add zinc. I've been doing that and biotin but it didn't help me. You could be One of the lucky ones though. If it's any consolation I would do the surgery over again in a hear beat. Hair will grow back. Hopefully my waist line won't!
  10. Here's my flier that came with my paper work we filled out.

@@Nikkidoodlebug Hang in there!! I didnt have any hernia repair or anything like that. Hopefully you heal quickly!! Sending a prayer for you!
  18. Hi everyone! I made a post a few weeks ago about the hair loss I was/am experiencing and I mentioned getting hair extensions instead of cutting my hair off. I had people inbox and ask On the thread to see them. I ordered mine from a seller (from Australia) on eBay. They are 250 grams of human hair and I paid 130-ish for them. I also went to the salon today and has them layered and styled so they aren't just flat out of the package. I think I have answered some of the questions! I probably won't wear them everyday and I'm not suggesting people use extentions I just chose to because my hair is thinning..and I love them hope everyone is doing well! oh and the pic with the short hair is a lovely picture my 5 yr old took when I first woke up...don't judge! I only used it to show my actual length. Ha! Oh Annnnnd one more thing before I forget..I get asked how I pronounce my Name. It's pronounced like L.O.D or Melody without the M! Ok I think I covered everything now

    I got hair today!

@@proudgrammy Why thank you! You don't have to wash them very often unless you use a lot of products on them. Maybe once a month. If you don't wear them everyday and are easy in them they can last a long time. My hair blends well because it's not to short I think the minimum is 4 inches or else they may not blend well (you don't want them showing...awkward!)
