    Ate too much!

Dry foods like chicken do that to me too. Try to avoid dry foods if you can. Did you try to drink some warm fluid?
  14. Here you go...Below are common symptoms of gallbladder conditions: Severe abdominal pain Pain that may extend beneath the right shoulder blade or to the back Pain that worsens after eating a meal, particularly fatty or greasy foods Pain that feels dull, sharp, or crampy Pain that increases when you breathe in deeply Chest pain Heartburn, indigestion, and excessive gas A feeling of fullness in the abdomen Vomiting, nausea, fever Shaking with chills Tenderness in the abdomen, particularly the right upper quadrant Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes) Stools of an unusual color (often lighter, like clay) @@downsizingdiva maybe that can help.
  15. Now you celebrate! I would practice eating sloooow and small bites. Try some protein drinks and find one you like. My favorite is chocolate ready -made premier protien drinks. I wouldn't spend a lot buying big tubs because your taste can change after surgery. Look up some healthy recipes and snacks that you can have after surgery. Get a food tracker app on your phone ect..if you don't already have a way to track food. Find some good chewable vitamins. Make a list of stuff for the hospital. Research what to expect after surgery. Know your food stages so you can prepare and know what to buy. So many things!!!

  19. @@tmlawson it's rough the first week but should get better after that. You just had surgery it's going to take a min to heal. Try to hang in there. It won't last forever.

    Convenience foods

I like the P3 snacks. They have meat, cheese, and nuts. All in a small portion. I'm not sure how long they can stay out though? I also like boiled and pickled eggs. Maybe you could get a little cooler to carry with you so the food will stay fresh?

    Website Difficulties?

Maybe I should just use safari? I don't know if it does the same thing there, I will check.

  24. The experience is different for everyone. You will be singing a different tune in a month or two. Just wait. Recovery stinks in almost all cases. It will get better.
