Depends on what your planning to do there...no crazy rides and junk food. It's good for walking. Take snacks your allowed and enjoy friend time.

Ha! I go through that too at times. It's not unusual maybe frustrating Though just think of all the calories your not eating! -
It's weird and I'm In no way telling you to binge but sometimes upping your calories and carbs can actually cause you to drop some weight. Good thing you recognize it as bad and are changing it! Way to go!

Ok I've decided I can't do the zinc...makes me ill, I can't stand the calcium tablet to powder consistence eww. So I'm liking the multivitamin and nose spray. I doubt I will get another months supply. It was worth the try though. -

I always take my vitamins after I eat/ drink something, if not I get deathly ill and will throw them back up. -

@@GARYG I had pain. The thing that really helped me was my abdominal binder, it helped tremendously with getting up and positioning . -
Your probably living on the glycogen stored in your body. It will eventually run out you will need to drink/eat protein and get your vitamins...

@@chaggard If your drinking a lot of protein especially in the pre-op stage it can cause constipation, even though it's liquid protein can still stop up the old pipes -

Mine was just a bunch of questions I'm not diabetic and didn't have any health issues so I didn't even have blood drawn...just talk.
