I take a high potency multivitamin with minerals, b-12, biotin, calcium, super b complex, and I was taking zinc but it makes me sick so I stopped that.

Drink the "smooth move" tea!!! It works like a charm, you should be able to find it at Walmart. Just drink a glass before you go to bed

Wls does some crazy things to your hormones..it can defiantly mess with your periods.

Wow some of you could benefit from a puff or two...pissy much?!! Lol!!! Are you in a legal State? If so ask your DR. I don't smoke it but my brother is a marijuana grower in Colorado. A lot of people do/can benefit from it. I'm not sure about after WLS though. If my brother ever gets the surgery I'll let Ya know -
I don't have one my diet is so basic protein first so that usually fills me up. If you find any good ones pass it on!

That's low but is your surgeon reputable? Do you think he would do surgery on you if he felt it were unsafe? If your questioning that you probably don't Have a lot of trust for him, I wouldn't let someone cut on me that I didn't fully trust. -

My daughter has began to eat healthier with me, we cook together ect...but she's not big she's 13 5'6 and 116. I love it but sometimes the things she says about her weight now and what she should eat is borderline wrong. She almost wants to eat JUST like me and she can't do that I have to remind her that the way I eat (amounts) is not healthy for her. She's getting it. I like that nutrition and health is on her mind though! -
I think I'm even more outgoing (if possible) I'm not shy or reserved. I'm also not afraid to speak up in public because I'm afraid of what I may look like (weight wise) I'm not even done yet I'm still 202 lbs but you can't tell my brain that, it thinks I'm 150 and ready to streak through the campus! Ring the alarm!!!

That's doesn't sound normal. Yes you should call your surgeon. Also if you don't already have one ask for a prescription for a PPI. -

Same as yours only I didn't have to wait 60 days I could do regular after the purée/mushy stage as tolerated. -
