My name is Jennifer, and I am now 6 days from surgery!  My gastric sleeve is scheduled for December 17, 2014.  I am getting super nervous, and excited all at the same time.  I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and to think I am only 32 years old.  I am 32 and have high blood pressure, severe sleep apena, and now pre-diabetic.  I am so glad I have made this choice to make me a happier healhier me.  My highest weight is 307 and I have lost about 5lbs during this 2 week liquid diet stage.  My goal weight is to be around 145-150lbs.  This has been quiet a journey so far and I super stoked to see where it takes me...
