Day three on the pre op diet and I am hungry all day long.

Almost down a total of 30 lbs since July.... Gotta keep it off until I can get the help I need from the VSG!

Held a baby the other day who was 7 weeks old. Made me want another, and then I realized.... no more for at least 2+ years. Oh well, VSG = mental birth control lol

Been in so much pain the past week with my knee and the residual aches that it causes to my back and hip.... Can't wait for Dec 11th to get here and these issues to start disappearing.....

still filling out paperwork for the surgeon....they want to know how much i weighed when i was 10...really, 10? i know i was fat then because that is when i was put on my first diet....but i have no clue how much i weighed!
