They should be able to read it from the data and if traveling is inconvenient you should definitely ask about that. I think early on they're concern is that you'll not use it because it is a change and takes some getting used to.

I'm assuming you were around 60-70 g of protein before and the same for water? -
I have a resmed, I forget the model number. It's the cpap though, not the bipap. I really like it. I've been using it since June. It literally changed me overnight.

What is your daily protein intake? -
It takes a little time to get used to it. Do you mind me asking what machine you have?

You've just elevated yourself to "legendary" status in my book. In high school i murked 52 slices of CiCi's pizza after football practice. They ran us out that night. I am glad we have all changed now! -

I wouldn't stress it too much. Being cognizant of the fact that poor habits can cause unwanted outcomes can be a powerful motivator. -

This weekend i fit into some jeans I haven't been able to wear in 9 years! It hit me hard, in a good way. ???? -
The best strategy may be to Iron this out with your surgeon and your NUT. My opinion is to Take your current weekly or monthly weight loss pre op and average it. Then apply that to the remaining time left. Subtract from your current weight and maybe that will give you a good starting Point. Very rough, I know, but you want to start somewhere. You can always adjust or set new goals afterwards. Good luck!

Hi @chellede. I'm in Lubbock.

I'm looking to purchase a fitness tracker, how do you all like your jawbone?

It's also referred to as "frothing". Your new anatomy now produces this to help you digest food in lieu of stomach acid. When you over do it - or even when you don't - it can give the sensation like you have a burp caught and travel up your esophagus.

@@Grandma2tweeties, right now my protein of choice is the syntrax nectar. They have multiple flavors and great solubility. Once I can stomach thicker or heavier shakes I can add Milk to boost the protein content. I front load in the morning with a 20oz bottle containing 46g of protein. -
