I know u mentioned foot surgery but if and when u can walk too any extra activity will help, park further from stores ect u got this keep your head up! Anytime u need anything u can message me

I joined this when I first had my surgery 2/24/14 and got a lot of answers... I just wanted to let everyone know you can reach out to me if you have questions im 155 down and only have 30 pounds to go to goal

Like a typical day I'll have a quest bar, a muscle milk pro series (40 grams of protein), low fat strong cheese cut up with cucumbers and tomatos and balsamic vinigar, and chicken soup broth../ im guilty of sticking with same foods but I enjoy it and it works for me lol

That's great! I will never touch pizza again or anything without than 18 carbs in one sitting... That's my rule of thumb... My real food she means chicken, turkey, shrimp, fish... Do turkey chili, it's really good...

No problem my doctor didn't know about it and didn't approve because he thought I was wrong about the nutrition until I showed him, now he tells all his patients

Hi! Yea everyone's taste is different and I had stomach issues with a lot of other shakes so when I found one that worked I stuck with it... That being said I didn't eat at 3 months yet, I think I only had low fat cheese at that point lol... I don't eat meat yet, and anything I do eat I make sure I chew til there are no chunks... You can eat with baby forks and spoons too

I do it for the 40 grams in only 12 oz I do nothing for taste that's how I got fat... That being said the pro series doesn't taste bad I like it

Ohhhh ok you'll definitely get on by summer! The first month you lose at least 30 pounds

When is your surgery... I understand I couldn't even get on a roller coaster last year I left the park crying

Everyone is different and I really listened to everything the doc said with no cheating... But I was 357 and now I am 200 at 5'7

I mean I guess every doctor has their own opinion but my doctor personally says don't eat if your not hungry (top 100 doctors in country dr bilof) take your vitamins and drink 50-80 grams protein

The pro series is less sugar and more protein its a new line of muscle milk

Muscle milk is a shake u can get it on vitamin shops website... And liquid they make almost like a juice like protien waarta has shots of these

Ohhh! Your going to do great! Tips: drink liquid protien not shakes in the beginning... Also you don't need to eat for the first 6-to year as long as you get protein in that's what my doc always told me also I started shakes 1 month out Nd muscle milk pro series worked the best, the least calories, most protein and least sugars its 40 grams but I can only drink pre made the powder is gross
