Strange Info from NUT re: Carbs
Wendyfm replied to MarceMonster's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
To put things in perspective, 60 grams of carbs is two or three apples or an English muffin and an apple or around three containers of Greek yogurt. Not a lot of stuff. -
Mine went from a 48DD to a 40D and as I have 20 more pounds I want to lose, will probably end up a 38 D. I wear a sports bra to bed and an underwire bra during the day as they are pretty floppy.

I am where I want to be. Although I sometimes think that I want to be a lottery winner????. That would be ok. Right?

Strange Info from NUT re: Carbs
Wendyfm replied to MarceMonster's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was always told to eat 1,000- to 1,200 calories a day,I average around 1,100 and no less than 60 grams of Carbs and no more than 120 to 140 grams of carbs. This has worked pretty well for me at 13 Months out I am at the goal that was set for me and twenty pounds from my goal. More importantly this feels like a plan I can follow for The Rest of my life. -
