I take it that you are on soft food. If you can squish it you can probably eat it. You can also eat canned chicken or pork and ad mayonnaise to those.. Yogurt is also good As well as canned veggies. I also ate some baby food and toddler sausages. Although, they were pretty bland., just a thought.

How Do You Set Your Goals?
Wendyfm replied to Alex Brecher's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
My first goal was to be below two hundred by my one year surgerversary, I made it plus twenty five more, for a weight of 175. My next goal is to lose between ten and twenty more pounds by my next one. This still puts me at overweight, but considering my BMI was almost 50 before I'll take it. -

Also you can buy bread that has protein, if you eat whole grain or multigrain bread. They have around four grams of protein per slice. -

I Don't Know What to Eat! Help!
Wendyfm replied to TexasGirl86's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Ground chicken or pork is good. Pulled parks goes down well for me too. Chicken and steak can be tough to digest. Pork as well. -
Wow! You're efficient! It took me about a year to be ready for surgery. Congratulations and good luck!

Do you weigh yourself everyday? Bad/good?
Wendyfm replied to wagyu's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I do weigh myself daily, but only record my weight once a week. I fluctuate almost daily, so don't panic about two pound gain. -
It took me at least 10 months to lose 60 pounds aT a year out I'm down 98 pounds. we all lose at our own rate. 60 pounds is excellent!
-
Ya, don't re pierce until you are at goal. I've lost almost 100 pound and have gone from a 48/50 DD to a 40 D and am not done shrinking yet. You are going to shrink!

I eat carbs as part of my regular diet. I was told to have at least sixty grams of carbs a day. Most of them come from dairy or vegetables. I occasionally eat pizza and at inservice for work the other day I ate two home made cookies. I added them to my daily calorie count., but I don't eat cookies at home, I eat pizza maybe a couple times a month. And I eat whole grain pasta if I eat it at all, and it works for me. Everyone needs to find what works for them.

I definitely dress differently, I'm wearing colors for one and not just black. I also started wearing, heals, consistent jewelry and make up. At least at work. I work in a school and so have been off all summer.

It depends on what the readymade food is labeled as, because I've used my Ebt. Card to buy refrigerated dinners from the deli section of the supermarket. -
