I am 56the mother of an almost thirty four year old and a nineteen year old. I have lost 100 pounds so far,thirty before surgery seventy after.<br /><br /> It is now almost four years after surgery and other than an annual five pound gain every winter, which I lose by Spring it’s been pretty easy to keep the weight off. Spring ,Summer and fall I walk at least five days a week. I weigh myself daily, but record once a week. I use my fitness pal to record my food intake daily and a Fitbit to keep track of my exercise.
