Thank you. Yeah, it feels great. I was reading about the side effects of ketosis and thought you might want to google it. Nothing bad, just learn what to maybe expect if your body doesn't tolerate it well. Also, I was reading Dr. Atkins stated you need to comsume less than 30carbs per day, which I do and that takes your desire for food away, but not healthy to be on a such low carb diet over a long period of time. When I start solid foods i am going to aim for around 60. They say that is like the "sweet spot", you feel great, don't have strong cravings, and can stay there a long time without bad side effects..
