    Hi LAN! Made it through 100%, am back home and trying to relax and get in the swing of things. Weighed myself this morning, I'm at 199. This is either a digital error or a miracle? ;) I just received that book we talked about, so I'm going to start reading it tonight. Will let you know what I think. Still sore, but I'm getting through everything...
