Isopure cut in half with water and then flavored with water enhancers is ok. Once I was on full liquids I mixed the unflavored protein with strained cream of chicken soup. Just make sure it isn't over 140 degrees.
I am 6 days out from RNY and after every very low sugar protein shake I get sweaty an have diarrhea. This seems to be dumping to me but the shakes are less than 3 grams of sugar. Anyone else with problem ?
