You just had major surgery! This is time for you to heal, I think it is natures way of protecting you.

Please be careful, I think the consistency of bananas us too thick for your new pouch. If you are allowed soft food, stick with yogurt, sf pudding etc. if your pouch tears, it is a really painful process to repair.

It's perfectly normal, vitamins or not. It will stop in a month or two.

If you want my opinion you should follow your plan, if you do you are guaranteed success. You don't want to jeopardize that, or your health.

I wouldn't do core exercises until 6 weeks, but cardio I did starting day 2.

How long out of work?

I was out Tuesday through Friday, back to work on Monday. I planned 2 weeks, but only needed less than 1. -
I eat cream of wheat 100 calorie packets for breakfast.

I have 8 lbs to go, at 10 months post op. This last 15 has been really hard, but I won't quit until I am at goal. -
At about 3 1/2 months I started losing my hair (no bald patches) it lasted for 2 months and then stopped.

Those thoughts will pass, I enjoy ALL good, just in smaller portions. AND I am within 8 pounds of my goal and wearing a size 4. I feel great and I tell every one I meet. -
Do I need a Pizza Funeral

I have had pizza since week 7, never had any problems. Be careful of the calories though! -

I have used unsweetened vanilla almond milk since day 1.

I got an iud, no weight side effects, seriously limits periods.

I have only had problems with bagels, usually because I am not chewing well enough!

I didn't need any help either. My doctor does not prescribe pain meds either, so I wasn't "out-of-it". I was able to sleep in my own bed, walk on the treadmill and get drinks and food from the kitchen. Good luck and check in with us so we can share your success!! -

I ambalwayscare so encouraged by reading the positive comments and watching everyone's progress. I achieved a huge milestone yesterday when the scale showed a 100 lb loss in 9 months! I am so proud I could burst. It has been work though. I have 11 lbs to go. I will say though, when I have stalled, it has usually been because I wasn't following some part of the program! Keep working it and you will see results!!! -

You should be drinking pretty much constantly, with the exception of your meal times. Sips, though not gulps. -

I have had no problems with sweeteners. But, once I reached my goal I plan to eliminate all artificial chemicals out of my diet!
