My pre-op testing is just the egd, blood work and the ekg. Oh yeah, the sleep study. Nothing special! -

There are going to be a lot of people who will not agree with your surgery both now and in the latter stages. You have to believe you are doing the right thing for you. I bet you have tried other ways to lose the weight like all of us have and were not successful. This has to be something you are doing for you. -

OMG...I thought I was the only one bagging up old clothes. I started sorting clothes and getting rid of the big stuff I really don't like. My Support Group, recommended by my doctor has a clothes exchange for every stage. I am funny about buying my own stuff but can't wait to start donating. You should see if your Support Group has something like that, so you can donate to others going through this process. -
