That's awesome man!! I'm down to 224 lbs, hoe are you holding up with your diet and exercise? I feel like I' ready to "get going", but I'm just taking it easy. I have already moved on other foods, (clam chowder, chicken, soups, thick and creamy stuff) just VERY SMALL portions, maybe a couple ounces at a time throughout the day. I do at least 30-45 minutes of fast walking, I'm just ready to take off sometimes!!
