hi everyone. I am new to this site. I am looking for a family doctor in the norman Oklahoma area who knows how to fill out all the paperwork the right way , to sent into Medicaid to be able to get sleeve surgery. I have been trying to loos weight for 10 years. I was in a car accident in 2009 and became disabled. for 3 and a half years I was in a wheelchair. now I am using a walker. I need this surgery to get my life back.
