Stay off your stomach and prop pillows if need be. I'm a stomach sleeper and it sucks. I feel your pain. Two weeks out and I can sleep on my side without pain. Layers of sutures are in each site so if you tear inner sutures you won't know until you bruise or get abnormal pain or discomfort. Be paranoid enough to be aware of how you sleep. On day two I went to ER to get one patched up -
I can't finish a protein shake in a day and drink fluids. Premier shakes taste good and have 30 grams of protien in one bottle. I just have not been able to get a full bottle down in twenty four hours. I also tried to walk a bit on day two and started leaking from surgical site so I went to ER and been in bed since. Should I be moving around now?

12 days out bw=360, sur.w=347, cw=327. 20 lbs since surgery and Dr chen gave me the green light on treadmill as as and or bike. I am feeling good. One day at a time
