My surgeon had me 1/2 mine. Then after 3-4 days, I was able to tolerate a whole one. Your vitamins will be that big as well!!

I was told nothing bigger than an M&M and I find that to be true for me. I bought the calcium citrate pills at Costco and can't get them down. Even if I split them in half they make me gag.
