i add frozen strawberries to my shake

3 weeks , protein shake for breakfast another for lunch , 4 ounces lean protein and crunchy leafy vegs for supper optional another shake in the evening if hungry , but i usually have a cucumber with vinegar , clear liquids starting 72 hours preop
