What have I done

I don't know, but I opened up the Unsubscibe option at the bottom of an email notification and sent a request for that info to the Help desk. If you get email notifications to topics you have shown an interest in, go to the bottom where you will find an option to unsubscribe to that thread. Click on that, and then it will ask you if you unsubcribe in error. Click on that, and it will open up a dialog where you you type in a message for help. Sorry for the trip around the barn and back, but I don't know the quick way.
