I got the same thing.. Was told that it is because is the surgery and cutting muscle... Put a heating pad on it.. 20 mins at a time.. It lasted a couple of weeks .. I am much Better.. Sleeved on 10/6.. No more pain!

I took 3 1/2 weeks off.. Glad I did... Surgery on 10/6 and still can't push myself as much as I would want to. Get tired by end of day still. Happy some people can go back after 1 week!! I need to get my food plan in order at home before I go back to work and try it out!!

Do you use fat free gravy?? How are you preparing the chicken?? Using stock?

Would love to get some ideas as well.. Looked online and there is not many websites that focus on this specific diet!!

Was sleeved on Oct 6th. Down 15lbs. Feels good. Little pain in top incision. Go to nutritionist on Friday and hope to start purée foods. Been struggling like everyone with protein shakes. Just got isopure powder today. Will try out tonight. 50 grams protein per serving!! Hoping it is better than other premixed ones. Can't wait to taste some real food. All this liquid is giving me this yucky taste in my mouth... I brush my teeth many times a day to get rid of it!!

I am with you on all topic.... Totally drained and know I am not getting enough protein in!!! Shakes are gross!!!! Carnation instant breakfast is all I can do .... Only can have so much!!!

Sleeved October 6th down 12lbs......Been struggling to get All my protein in. Doing the carnation instant breakfast and Got cleared for yogurt and creamed soups. Hoping on my post surgery appointment on Monday, get cleared to add more varieties of foods.

Good .. I am not the only one... Was worried I would have to deal with this for the rest of my life!!

I just got home as well this week .. Feeling bloated and sore.. My stomach is making some crazy sounds.. Has this happened to anyone else?
