I was wondering if anyone uses Celebrate ENS 4 in 1? Its a protein shake that has your vitamins and calcuim in it. You do have to take iron and additional calcium. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hello everyone I have basically been overweight all my life. Decide eariler this year it was time for a change. At the time of my surgery Oct. 30, 20014 I had high blood pressure, type 2 diabetic, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. After my surgery I still have to take high blood pressure, the rest is gone. I feel like a whole new person and very blessed.
