Nothing was bad. Ok so maybe the stinging from the anesthetic during my EGD but I was sleep before I could finish complaining. Oh and the waiting.? -

My surgeon recommend it. I add a little frozen fruit and spinach to my breakfast shakes but not usually with my dinner one. -
