I'm only 6 weeks post-op and I have constipation too. My doctor said take moral ax but it only helps a little. Anyone have advice?

I feel that way. I've seen all my lumps, bumps, and rolls. Even though I lost 50 lbs I have a long way to go. But it bought just a few things that fit and it feels good to wear them. -
My surgery dat is December 10. I would like to stay connected with the December group. I'm on liquid diet until surgery and it has not been easy. Anyone have any advice? Cilia

I congratulate u on your successes. I liked what you wrote. I'm just a newbie, completing my requirements and hope to be done with those at the end of October. I'm hoping to make some friends on this site cause I need support and encouragement. I'm tired of hearing from my beloved grandkids that I just need more will power or more exercise or to eat only raw foods.

I think an over 60 group would be great. I'm tired of hearing people say to me "Why do this now at your age?" I am a newbie, just completing my requirements. I hope to be done with them at the end of October. Maybe then I'll get a surgery date. Cilia
