Had surgery on the 22nd and the recovery process has been a little challenging. I parent alone and still want to be fully available to my daughter but my energy level is so low right now. I'm so looking forward to feeling "normal" again. Ugh! Frustrated ????

Thanks for all of your prayers! I really appreciate it. Today was a little rough. I tried to do too much and my body wasn't having it. I'm so excited about this process. Again, thanks for all of prayers and well wishes.

Good morning everyone. My surgery is scheduled for October 22nd and I'm having the hardest time making sure I drink two protein shakes a day. I get really busy at work and just forget to drink one. Anyone else having this problem?
