Haven't been on this site in a long while but I was banded August 29,2005. I have Lost a total of 138lbs. I feel great! This was one of the Better decisions I have made in my life! -
hello dee dee my name is Ree Ree wow we have 3 things in comond the "ee's" and the work filed, and sista's of lapbanding, it seems you have had your awhile hows things going i was banded on the 5th of may this year any advise? what to eat how to burn the weight off fast but yet safe ?

Hey Molly!!! Great Job I remember when we were the August 2005 banded group!! So far I have lost 126lbs I have about 30 more to go! Great Job!!

I recently had the same problem. A slight unfill did the trick. I didn't have to have a total unfill. DO NOT EAT SO CLOSE TO YOUR BEDTIME!!! I had gotten back into doing that and that is not good. Wisegrl I hear ya about the cup at your bedside that was me all night long, the slight unfill did the trick and I am doing okay so far...it has been about a week now.
