Yeah!!! Photonut you are a great motivator and you really are a sweet person. When I was gone I figured nobody would really miss me but you PM'd me to see what was up. I really needed that, just to know that someone actually missed me was really nice. U and Paula are two people that have really been supportive of me. You have done wonderful with your band and even passed me. Now you have inspired me to get my butt back in gear. Smooches!!! and Big hugs!!!!!

Hey Jenna I want some marshmallows! Unfortunately they don't agree with my band.:focus: It is everyone's right to speak freely about anything they want to. On the other hand it is not right to demean someone for their beliefs, non beliefs etc and that goes both ways. This is a great sight I love coming here. I do see alot of uneccessary posts that I find quite offensive. I ignore them and do not respond as I do with things in my day to day living. I believe that the moderators do a great job. It is hard to know when to draw the line but when that line is on fire someone has to put it out. There are some posters on here that love to start stuff. I had not posted in a while but I read postings everday, well almost everyday. If you take a break from posting and just read through alot of the posts you find a pattern with some people those people you ignore. I suggest that people do this from time to time just take a break from posting but still support the board with PM's to the newbies. You never know how much you talk until you shut up is what my grandma always says. lol. Alex thank you for this site, I stumbled upon this site when I went to search about my band last year. I think it is still the best place for support, good and bad. DeeDee

I had my surgery at 7am and at 9:30am I was relaxing in the recliner at home. Nothing to it, oh yeah stayed off a week and went back to work ,no problem!!

Laura, be sure and ask for an HCG quantatative pregnancy test. I work in the lab and this is the test that actually tells how far along you are. If you are pregnant and it is very, very early(like 2 weeks) the blood test HCG qualitative(tells only neg or pos) will most likely be neg. You want the one that can tell you the weeks pregnant(quantitative). If this test (quantitative ) is less than 2 you are not pregnant. Just some professional advice!!! Just wanted to touch base with you guys. I am back and ready to post! I had alot of tragedy over the last couple of months and I was really messed up. I have been doing very well with keeping the weight down but I am at a standstill. I did discover during that time that when I am upset my band gets tighter. I went for a fill on Monday but he couldn't get my port, but the strangest thing I actually felt tighter the next day. I have been on liquids and maybe he did hit it and thought he didn't...anywho I dunno I'll take it. It might just be a mind thing..I feel tighter because my mind thinks I had a fill. I really missed you guys and thank you photonut for thinking about me and your IM's and my chips and dip sista paula!!. I see alot of new people and I hope to get back in the swing of things. Okay I have a fill of about 2.8 or 2.9cc's in a 4cc band. Almost every time I take my first two bites of food I get the Deer in the Headlights look because I get stuck. I know this is not a good thing. Sometimes if I take deep breaths it goes down. Weird it feels like kind of a plop when it does. On other occasions not that many it comes back up. This only happens after the first 2 bites(not all the time but frequent enough to question). DOes this mean I am overfilled. After the food either goes down or comes back up I am good to go and can finish eating. Help!!! :faint:

I use Dove. I have for years and I am proud to say it still works. My sister uses addidas for women cause she had a problem with under arm odor and had to switch deodorants. Hmmm.... She also used to use secret. I wonder if it is a "secret" conspiracy:spy:
