My surgery is scheduled for Monday, October 13th. I was successful at losing 85 lbs on Weight Watchers (reached by Mar 2010) but gained it all back plus 5 lbs. I was able to enroll in Bari program through Kaiser in April 2014, which was a very good experience and provided me with excellent information and preparation. I miss my class. I am prepared and ready to go but am nervous, a bit sad, and have entirely too much time on my hands this week. That's why I joined BariatricPal, today. I realize that now that my class is over, not having folks to interact with is really hard. It is great to read the forums and it is helping me feel a bit more at ease. Thanks to all who are sharing their experiences.
