I decided to make a healthy decision and live my life.  After several attempts with fighting with my weight I have tried almost everything. In August I decided not to put this off any longer so I went to my First appointment and had a great yet optimistic approach. I was educated throughout the process and I decided to set the date for this to happen at all cost.  
My highest weight was 393 and my legs hurt, feet swell, no regular cycles, and infertility.  My confidence was not lacking because I know that I am not a unattractive person,  My relationship always failed because I was never happy within skin.  I was so tired of seeing things and accepting that I was morbid obese and I would never be able to look or feel that way.  
 
I didn't want to tell anyone what I was doing because of the negative responses and people trying to talk me out of it.  I did share with a small circle what I was doing each response was different but I didn't care.  This is the gateway to my happiness, health, and overall well being.  
I had the EGD Sept 22. 2014 and discovered I had GERD and a hernia so those where to be repaired along with my surgery.  Today is Oct 5, 2014 and I am struggling a little bit with getting my fluids in and I pretty much gave up on 60Gms of protein I do the best I can. 
 
 I have terrible muscle spasms when I drink so I hoping that will get better soon I am not so much wanting anything to eat just would like to drink without spasms. I am excited and optimistic for my weight lost journey.
